Accelerated Strategies Resolution Request Form

This is the official resolution request for the Accelerated Strategies Consulting Service. As stipulated in the original client agreement you signed, below are the guidelines for the Conditional Moneyback Guarentee:

1. Our strategies are based on simple math, we would not accept you as a client if we were not confident you meet the requirements to be successful. We base this solely on the information you provide during your discovery consultation call prior to enrolling in our course.
2. 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, if you apply what we teach and implement our strategy recommendations and your mortgage balance does not go down faster than your traditional amortized mortgage, we will provide a 100% refund upon receipt and review of documentation showing you have used what we teach and a comparison of results.
3. If you have not fully implemented our strategies to provide the opportunity for us to verify your documented results you will not be eligible for a 100% refund. THIS IS THE ONLY ELIGIBLE REASON FOR A 100% REFUND.
4. Once you have received your bank recommendations you will not be eligible for a refund, except under the 100% terms above. If we determine that our enrollment specialist mistakenly enrolled you, an immediate refund may be issued.
5. A "cold feet" or a "change of mind" after enrollment does not constitute a valid reason and/or the qualification for our 100% money-back guarantee.
6. Invalid reasons for a refund include but are not limited to bank denial, job loss, illness, issues that affect your income, or unforeseen life events.
7. All financial details shared by any party (including the client, spouse, or partners) during the initial strategy call are deemed accurate. These details inform Accelerated Strategies’s performance estimates and are critical for our assessments and suggestions.
8. Should any party, such as the client, spouse, or partners, withdraw or alter their participation post-agreement, it doesn’t qualify for a refund. Changes in financial circumstances, marital status, partnerships, or other relevant factors don’t entitle a refund.
9. All materials, advice, and bank suggestions given are Accelerated Strategies’s intellectual property. Once shared, they cannot be returned.Thus, the delivery of our educational content and our ongoing support meet our contractual commitments
10. Inaccurate or incomplete information you provided at the time of enrollment or that may have been discovered later in the process does not constitute a valid reason for a 100%.
